The Lead SOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring security operations, leading investigations, mentoring team members, and enhancing security measures in a cloud environment, primarily Azure. They also focus on threat detection, incident response, and collaboration across teams to improve security posture.

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and PE-style management reporting. Drive AI-powered forecasting, automate reporting (Adaptive Planning, IFS THOR), build dashboards and financial models, partner with GTM/R&D/Customer Experience on SaaS metrics, and manage/mentor an FP&A team to support growth, M&A, and investor reporting.
