Define platform-level patterns for a plug-in ecosystem, produce wireframes/prototypes, run usability validation, collaborate with engineering and QA for accessible, high-quality implementations, and leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design, prototyping, and handoff.

Lead end-to-end physical implementation of major IP blocks or full-chip designs: floorplanning, place-and-route, clock tree synthesis, timing closure, physical verification, and automation of flows. Collaborate with RTL, DFT, verification, package, and library teams to meet PPA targets, mentor junior engineers, and drive manufacturability and sign-off across PVT corners.

Mentors junior staff and ensures schedule, design, and quality requirements are met for mixed-signal/analog semiconductor projects.

Develop, optimize, and maintain embedded software for microcontrollers and microprocessors across RTOS and bare-metal environments.
