The Director, Talent & Culture will partner with Product leaders to shape talent strategy, drive organizational design, and enhance employee experience through data-driven insights while leading change initiatives.

Provide advanced, customer-facing technical escalation support for CalixOne and cloud-connected Wi‑Fi premises equipment. Lead the marketing strategy for Calix's Tier 1 and Tier 2 service provider solutions, focusing on messaging, customer engagement, and collaborative marketing efforts while ensuring technical fluency and effective storytelling.

Design, develop, and maintain commerce and subscription systems. Build application features, implement subscription configurators, process orders/invoicing, automate subscription turn-up, manage entitlements, and support Sales/Order Management/Customer Operations.

Partner with Sales and Marketing to build financial value propositions and deal strategies for CSPs. Advise on pricing, licenses, and commercial models, enable sales teams, manage deal approvals and escalations, identify process improvements, and present deal economics to executives. Maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive closures and future business.
