Manage and scale Clio’s global privacy program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other regulations. Responsibilities include privacy policy and training development, compliance monitoring, DPIAs and PIAs, DSAR workflows, metrics and reporting, Privacy by Design collaboration, incident response support, and third-party vendor privacy assessments. The role also advises on evolving laws, negotiates data processing agreements, and evaluates privacy risks from AI processes and automated agents.

Manage and grow business development teams responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities. Exceed sales targets, coach and develop team members, recruit for future needs, monitor KPIs, collaborate with sales leadership and business operations, improve processes, and align stakeholders across sales segments. Build and deploy NLP and generative AI solutions using transformer-based and other ML models. Develop LLM-based features, preprocess complex unstructured data, collaborate with engineering, product, and MLOps teams, and iterate in an agile, cross-functional environment to improve customer workflows and efficiencies.

Lead a product portfolio for Clio's core case management experience, utilizing legal expertise to drive innovation and user adoption while simplifying attorney workflows with AI tools.
