Responsibilities include qualification, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, trials, expansion, pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment. The role requires assessing communications environments, call flows, network readiness, number porting, compliance considerations, and technical configurations. The Account Executive partners with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and migrations teams while serving as the internal VoIP and telephony expert.

Manage and expand Clio’s Voice of Customer programs, including NPS, CSAT, listening posts, AI-enabled feedback workflows, customer panels, and feedback loops.
