Serve as an HR Business Partner for Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty retail across Western Canada. Provide strategic HR guidance, manage recruitment and onboarding, support performance and employee relations, drive learning and talent development, analyze engagement data, and lead DEI and health & safety initiatives. Maintain HRIS data and recruitment metrics; travel occasionally and work on-site in Vancouver most of the week.
