Lead and develop a global supply planning team to translate strategy into regional execution. Drive transformation of processes, systems, and planning capability, manage complex global supply networks, own supply inputs to IBP/S&OE, mitigate capacity and supply risks, and partner cross-functionally on buy strategies, inventory, and logistics to ensure product availability and scalable supply delivery.
