Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Later Influence, an enterprise influencer marketing platform. Oversees AI transformation, campaign workflow automation, analytics, creator commerce, and measurable business outcomes. Builds and mentors a high-performing product organization while partnering with engineering, design, sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Represents the product externally and drives enterprise growth, retention, efficiency, and differentiation.

Lead UX strategy and execution across Later’s product portfolio, managing 5–6 designers and establishing cohesive, scalable experiences. Partner with product and engineering leadership on design systems, AI-native workflows, rapid prototyping, accessibility, research, and design-to-code processes. Mentor and recruit designers, guide product strategy, improve usability and consistency, and represent UX with senior leadership.

Partnering directly with senior leadership, own growth metrics, operating cadence, OKRs, and funnel analytics for PLG and Creator products. Build dashboards and models, run recurring reviews, recommend CRO tests, translate data into executive narratives, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.

Own influencer marketing proposals end-to-end: translate client objectives into strategic blueprints, apply Creator Intelligence to connect creative strategy with measurement, partner with Sales/Services/Customer Success, present to clients, and iterate toward autonomous proposal creation.

The Account Lead will drive strategic partnerships, lead influencer marketing programs, manage key client accounts, and ensure impactful campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

The AI Automation Engineer will automate internal processes, mentor non-technical staff on building tools, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact using AI technologies.

Manage end-to-end paid social influencer and brand campaigns across major platforms. Handle campaign setup, QA, tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion events), performance monitoring, optimizations, and reporting.
