Processes high-volume donations across cash, cheque, credit card, and wire transfers; prepares deposits, enters and commits gifts in Salesforce, issues CRA-compliant receipts, reconciles donor records, follows up on declined payments, supports data quality, and provides occasional front desk and administrative support.

Prepares monthly financial packages, leads forecasting, readies year-end audits, analyzes budgets, and provides strategic financial insights to the CEO and leadership. Translates complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
