Processes high-volume donations across cash, cheque, credit card, and wire transfers; prepares deposits, enters and commits gifts in Salesforce, issues CRA-compliant receipts, reconciles donor records, follows up on declined payments, supports data quality, and provides occasional front desk and administrative support.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff. Partner with executives and hiring managers to define competencies and hiring strategies, maintain candidate pipelines in ATS/HRIS platforms, strengthen employer branding, deliver an engaging candidate experience, and monitor recruitment compliance, market intelligence, and HR technology trends.

Lead all accounting and financial functions for a growing forestry and industrial business: oversee full-cycle accounting and reporting, budgeting and cash flow, treasury and lender relations, compliance and tax filings, financial analysis and capital evaluation, systems improvements, and develop the accounting team. Act as trusted business partner to ownership and external advisors, supporting operational decisions, growth initiatives, and partnerships with First Nations.
