We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service. As a Shoe Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading the shoe department and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele. 

 

We are looking for a Luxury Footwear Specialist to join our Store team. In this role you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Lead by Example, focus on the achievement of sales goals within the shoe department
  • Promote footwear collection, reinforcing the different lifestyle components  
  • Our World-Class luxury brands include Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Ermenegildo Zegna, Brunello Cucinelli, Giorgio Armani, Laura Piana, Canali, Hugo Boss, Salvatore Ferragamo and many more!
  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clientele
  • Delivering product knowledge training to Advisors, develop taste level and brand image
  • Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure the product inventory and spirit of the brand is represented
  • Participation and coordination of Trunk Shows
  • A focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent training
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to develop others
  • A leader focused on team building to the achievement of financial goals

 

Successful candidates will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment, footwear or store/department leadership
  • Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in these areas of the retail industry is preferred.  
  • A passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences both on-line and in-store.  
  • The desire to participate in the many training initiatives we offer and the ability to incorporate the skills acquired through those programs into your daily activities
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function.  
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Compensation will be comprised of variable commission, variable team bonus and a fixed base salary - the starting average annual income is $50,000 - $70 000. In this role, you can write your own paycheck due to our generous commission and bonus structure!
