Designs and delivers ride pumping and mechanical systems for global installations. Responsibilities include producing drawings, P&IDs, CAD models, bills of materials, pumping calculations, and engineering documentation; coordinating with project, product, and supply chain teams; supporting commissioning and customer handover; resolving design issues; conducting design reviews; and maintaining standardized CAD libraries and reusable mechanical solutions.

Leads cross-functional product development teams from concept through commercialization. Oversees Stage-Gate compliance, engineering documentation, design reviews, risk assessment, prototyping, testing, verification, commissioning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Provides technical direction, approves calculations and designs, coordinates stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and mentors engineering team members. The role requires product design experience, mechanical systems knowledge, project management skills, and global travel availability.

Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and project modules. Configure functionality, manage security and releases, triage tickets, govern master data, deliver enhancements, maintain Power BI reporting, investigate data discrepancies, and train users. The role translates business requirements into ERP solutions, coordinates with developers, documents processes, and communicates status to stakeholders.

Design, deliver, and commission safety-compliant ride control systems. Lead PLC/HMI development and control architecture, perform functional safety design and validation, troubleshoot and commission on-site, support proposals, drive standardization, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations across global projects.

Lead global marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, digital, product marketing, events, and market intelligence. Build and develop a high-performing team, align marketing with Sales and Product, drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth, deploy modern marketing technologies and analytics, manage global budgets, and ensure brand governance and continuous improvement.

Drive aesthetic refinement and manufacturability of products: support Development Leads through stage-gate processes, create and refine forms, produce CAD models and drawings, collaborate cross-functionally, simplify part architecture, support prototyping and testing, and follow ECO/PDM processes.
