Leads end-to-end supply chain execution for projects, ensuring material readiness, supplier delivery, procurement performance, planning integration, and data integrity. Owns ERP/MRP systems, process governance, system transformation, and future-state platform planning. Manages outsourced manufacturing interfaces, drives standardization and automation, and leads project buyers, manufacturing buyers, and planners. Develops team performance, Lean practices, operational accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partners with global business leaders and employees on engagement, performance, career development, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and talent strategies. Manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance reviews, job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, HR programs, compliance, and process improvements. Advises on employment laws, global mobility, immigration, employee relations, and organizational trends while supporting learning, wellness, DEI, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and system maintenance for AutoCAD and custom engineering applications. The role supports CAD, PLM, ERP, and BIM systems; coordinates with software vendors; participates in upgrades and patches; and contributes to software development, customization, version control, and change management.
