Build, architect, and own moderate-to-complex backend components; lead small teams or projects; provide technical guidance and code reviews; deliver end-to-end backend services focused on AI-enabled customer data insights, onboarding, messaging/calling features, and scalable data management for a growing user base.

Own Quo’s technology partner ecosystem strategy, relationships, prioritization, commercial outcomes, revenue pipeline, co-selling, and adoption. Develop partner qualification frameworks and serve as a technical bridge between partners and Product and Engineering. Expand partnerships across AI clients, agent platforms, and MCP marketplaces, identifying use cases and measuring activation, retention, adoption, and revenue.

Build and scale Quo’s partner acquisition funnel by sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, and activating agency, consultant, and integration partners. Run warm outbound campaigns, use automation and AI tools for personalized enablement, drive partners to their first referral, track activation and pipeline metrics, maintain partner data and attribution, and share ecosystem insights across Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Lead and grow Quo’s product design team while establishing management practices, performance cycles, career development, design critiques, and team operating rhythms. Coach designers, maintain a high craft and quality bar, represent design with Product and Engineering, contribute hands-on to designs and systems, and use AI tools in design practice. Partner with the Head of Design to define and uphold design standards.

Own core accounting activities including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, AP, AR, payroll accounting, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. Manage payroll accounting across multiple countries, support audits, resolve discrepancies, and improve inefficient processes. Partner with FP&A, People Operations, and other teams while maintaining accurate multi-entity financial records.

Lead and grow Quo’s mobile engineering team across iOS and Android. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, people development, technical guidance, cross-functional collaboration, mobile architecture and tooling alignment, feature delivery, and improving reliability and quality. The manager will establish scalable mobile engineering practices while supporting product initiatives involving AI, revenue management, and task management.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for backend systems, drive cross-functional delivery from prototype to production, improve cost/performance/reliability/security, mentor engineers, and translate AI and emerging tech into actionable roadmaps.
