Own Quo’s technology partner ecosystem strategy, relationships, prioritization, commercial outcomes, revenue pipeline, co-selling, and adoption. Develop partner qualification frameworks and serve as a technical bridge between partners and Product and Engineering. Expand partnerships across AI clients, agent platforms, and MCP marketplaces, identifying use cases and measuring activation, retention, adoption, and revenue.
Small businesses represent 99.9% of all companies, yet they're still forced to choose between clunky, outdated enterprise phone systems or their personal phones. This multi-billion dollar market has been overlooked for decades, left to cobble together solutions that slow them down instead of helping them grow.
Quo is changing that. We bring calls, texts, and customer information together into one easy-to-use, AI-powered platform. We’re not just building a phone system. We’re setting a new standard for how businesses connect with their customers.
Driven by our values, we move fast, build with determination, and obsess over delivering value to the businesses that have been underserved for far too long.
Today, Quo is trusted by more than 120,000 companies and rated #1 in customer satisfaction on G2. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Craft Ventures, Slow Ventures, and other top-tier investors. It’s safe to say we’re onto something big.
About the roleWe're looking for a Senior Technology Partner Manager to build and own the strategy and partner relationships behind Quo's technology partner ecosystem, from native integrations to emerging AI-client and marketplace partnerships. You'll decide which partners and integrations are worth investing in, own the commercial relationship and revenue outcomes, and define the co-sell and adoption strategy for each. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Revenue (Sales, Customer Success, and of course Partnerships). This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on partner and technical relationship management, and you'll be building much of that operating model as the ecosystem grows.
Core (day one):
- Define the partner strategy for native integrations, own partner prioritization, and drive the co-sell and adoption plan, partnering cross-functionally on go-to-market execution.
- Own the commercial relationship with each technology partner, including goals, priorities, and escalation.
- Own the partner revenue pipeline from installs to partner-sourced and influenced ARR, supporting retention impact, and prioritizing those investments accordingly.
- Build a partner qualification and prioritization framework to bring rigour to a growing volume of partner interest.
- Act as a lite technical bridge between partners and our Product and Engineering teams.
Growing scope (build as it matures):
- Own the strategy and partner relationship for AI-client, agent-platform, and MCP marketplace partnerships, from evaluation through adoption.
- Identify and prioritize agent-driven partner use cases that translate into real commercial opportunity.
- Contribute to the measurement model for AI/agent partnerships across activation, adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Identify joint AI/MCP experience opportunities with partners and define what a high-impact version looks like.
About you
- Experienced in technology partnerships: 6+ years in technology/ISV partnerships, product partnerships, or alliances, with direct ownership of a partner portfolio.
- Technically fluent: comfortable with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and integration or marketplace programs. Enough to hold your own with a partner's product or engineering team.
- Deep understanding and interest in the AI ecosystem: conversant in AI agents, MCP/connectors, and automation workflows, with a clear point of view on what makes a partner experience differentiated versus shallow.
- Relationship builder: you build trust with partners, understand their goals, and align them with Quo's objectives to create shared success.
- Strategic and hands-on: you build strategy, scorecards, and intake processes from scratch rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
- Builder mindset: you thrive optimizing partner programs, with an eye for scalability but not rigidity as the program matures.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is as follow, plus equity and benefits:
- SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Boston, New York, and Washington, DC Metro: $162,000 - $190,000 USD
- All other US Locations: $145,000 - $171,000 USD
- Canada: $153,000 - $180,000 CAD
The ranges displayed reflect the target for new hire salaries, and within each range, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education. Your recruiter can share more and answer questions about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Salary is just one component of Quo’s total compensation package. Your total rewards package will include equity, extensive medical coverage, a monthly lifestyle stipend, and a flexible PTO policy.
