Develop and deliver internal communications connecting team members to company priorities. Create content for initiatives and events, proofread/edit, support executive and media communications, align messaging with stakeholders, and manage channels to ensure accessible, on-brand, audience-focused communications.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, automation with Ansible, manage Azure environments, monitoring with Nagios/Splunk, and container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes. Administer Linux/Windows servers, create automation scripts, troubleshoot deployments across environments, and produce technical documentation and operational standards.

Responsible for designing and implementing reliable integration solutions for enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and performance, while providing technical leadership and oversight.

Plan and maintain inventory across distribution centers and stores. Create replenishment orders, set planning rules in A Series, use BlueYonder Fulfillment, manage exceptions (stock-outs, excess), collaborate with demand planners, category managers, suppliers and warehouse to ensure product availability.

Develop and maintain statistical and manual demand forecasts (baseline and promotional) using Blue Yonder Demand and Excel. Collaborate with category, supply, and merchandising teams to adjust for seasonality and events, ensure inventory sufficiency, aggregate forecast data, and track forecast vs. actual performance.

Lead analytics and experimentation for the More Rewards loyalty program. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, build data pipelines and predictive models using SQL and Python, create Power BI dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers, mentor analysts, and deliver actionable insights from large, cloud-based datasets.

Lead capital management improvements and system implementations by analyzing processes, coordinating data migration and UAT, developing reports and SOPs, and partnering with finance and operations to strengthen capital planning, governance, and decision-making.

Provide centralized HR operational support across retail banners: advise on employee and labour relations, conduct investigations, administer collective agreements, prepare HR reports, manage HR programs (mobility, internal jobs, verifications), update processes, and liaise with unions and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels. Act as paid media SME, manage budgets and measurement, ensure accurate tagging and attribution, optimize performance, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, and deliver reporting and recommendations to drive business results.

Handle inbound phone and email inquiries to deliver empathetic, efficient customer service. Assist customers with online orders, loyalty program questions, and escalate or resolve order issues with ecommerce and store teams. Document feedback, complaints, and requests and support continuous improvement.

The Decision Science Analyst will support data-driven projects, conduct statistical experiments, automate workflows using SQL and Python, and develop insights and dashboards for business improvement.
