We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Managing Director, Loyalty & Partnerships to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Loyalty, The Managing Director, Loyalty & Partnerships is responsible for the strategic advancement of the More Rewards program. This role oversees the design, direction, and execution of loyalty strategies that strengthen customer value, drive measurable business impact, and support the broader objectives of Pattison Food Group. This position carries significant influence across the organization and plays a central role in shaping the future of loyalty for one of Canada’s most established retail portfolios.

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Direction
    Define and lead the long-term strategy for the More Rewards program, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.

  • Team Leadership
    Manage a team of loyalty professionals, providing clear direction, operational discipline, and a focus on performance and accountability.

  • Enterprise Partnership
    Collaborate closely with PFG retail banners and cross-functional teams to drive integration of loyalty priorities, support key initiatives, and advance customer-centric decision making.

  • Partner Management
    Oversee the partner ecosystem, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating agreements that enhance program value, reach, and financial performance.

  • Financial Governance
    Accountable for loyalty financial performance, including target setting, forecasting, budgeting, and return-on-investment assessments.

  • Insights and Analytics
    Use data and analytics to understand customer behaviour, guide strategy, and evaluate program effectiveness. Champion measurement discipline and a test-and-learn mentality.

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an asset.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or related fields within complex, customer-focused organizations.

  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering results in a multi-stakeholder environment.

  • Strong partner management capabilities, including contract negotiation and strategic relationship oversight.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and business cases.

  • Ability to travel as required.
