We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Services Representative to join our Office Services team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable Office Services, you will be responsible for responding to customer service requests via in-person or email. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver courier mail between offices and external parties. You will also support the Accounts Payable team by completing administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and  in-person interactions.

• Distributing incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate departments.

• Supporting the Accounts Payable team by preparing invoices, cheque runs and completing administrative tasks.

• Coordinating and processing high-volume postal and courier mail using courier software and a postal machine.

• Maintaining and replenishing the stationery room with office supplies.

• Driving a company vehicle to deliver supplies to nearby offices.

You have:

• Previous office experience or retail experience is considered an asset.

• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

• The ability to lift and move packages and parcels weighing between 30 to 50 lbs.

• A valid driver’s license.
