Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across Platform Services Engineering. Develop roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, establish governance and reporting mechanisms, drive executive alignment, improve engineering execution, and coordinate platform adoption and architectural initiatives. The role partners with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable platform and business outcomes, while mentoring others and improving program management practices across the organization.

Lead hardware and embedded security across Motive devices and connected cloud infrastructure. Build security baselines for boot chains, firmware, FOTA, manufacturing, and device lifecycles. Partner with hardware engineering to prioritize and remediate findings, conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security testing, and define security requirements for platforms, interfaces, debug capabilities, provisioning, and lifecycle controls.

Lead and build Motive's developer platform and AI-driven development lifecycle: cloud agent infrastructure, CI/CD and build systems, developer experience, testing frameworks, multi-region security and cost controls, and a manager-of-managers organization to increase velocity, reliability, and adoption across hundreds of engineers.
