Motive recently announced the appointment of Adam Block as its new chief revenue officer. The company leverages AI to improve the safety, productivity and profitability of companies that run physical operations, such as those in the transportation, construction, energy and retail sectors. Block’s promotion follows a year of significant growth for the company.
Block initially joined Motive in 2022 as VP of enterprise sales. Under Block’s leadership, the enterprise team recorded record revenue growth in 2024. Motive increased its number of high-revenue customers by around 50 percent year-over-year, and the company achieved positive cash flow in Q4.
Block brings has over two decades of experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams. Prior to joining Motive, Block served as VP at Medallia. In his new role as CRO, Block will oversee Motive’s global revenue and go-to-market functions, including sales, business development, strategy, operations, sales engineering and partnerships.
