Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Drive market and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, business cases, and integration planning. Advise senior leadership and Board, build cross-functional relationships, and advance innovation pipelines and disciplined experimentation to support long-term growth.

Develop and support BCAA’s cross-platform Task Marketplace mobile application using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android. Responsibilities include designing secure, accessible, high-performing features; integrating APIs, cloud, enterprise, and third-party services; implementing messaging, scheduling, payments, notifications, and offline capabilities; supporting architecture, testing, CI/CD, releases, production incidents, and performance monitoring; and providing technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and roadmap input.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders to build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, use data and ATS tools to measure outcomes, represent employer brand externally, drive strategic TA projects, mentor colleagues, and improve recruitment processes.

As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

Provide product support for BCAA’s insurance portfolio: maintain product documentation, support product lifecycle activities, research market and customer insights, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with product enhancements and compliance to drive customer value and business outcomes.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.

Support P&C pricing, underwriting and product development through data extraction, cleaning, actuarial analyses, rating model development, trend and loss ratio studies, and documentation. Collaborate with senior actuaries on research, predictive modeling, and decision support while progressing through CAS exams.
