Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

The Senior Guidewire Cloud Developer will lead the migration to Guidewire Cloud, providing technical authority on configurations, integrations, and solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and mentoring team members.

Provide second- and occasional third-level administration for on-premises and AWS infrastructure, manage Windows Server/Active Directory and hybrid Office 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, follow ITIL processes, support patching and lifecycle activities, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and assist senior staff with enterprise IT solutions.

Provide second-line support and maintenance for AWS-based cloud-native backend systems. Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, reprocess failed transactions, implement backend enhancements, build monitoring/alerting, participate in deployments, QA and documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers to improve reliability and scalability.

Support P&C pricing, underwriting and product development through data extraction, cleaning, actuarial analyses, rating model development, trend and loss ratio studies, and documentation. Collaborate with senior actuaries on research, predictive modeling, and decision support while progressing through CAS exams.
