Own the Evolve E-Bike and E-Scooter Share product roadmap, translating customer insights, business needs, operational data, and industry trends into product requirements and improvements. Develop business cases, evaluate technology providers, manage platform configurations, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery of roadmap initiatives while monitoring platform performance and customer experience.

Build and maintain customer relationships by recommending, issuing, renewing, and servicing insurance products. Assess customer needs and risks, process payments and policy changes, collaborate with support and underwriting teams, achieve sales and productivity goals, maintain licensing requirements, and deliver strong member experiences.

The role develops dashboards, audits Workday and compensation data, improves processes, and provides recommendations to leaders. It collaborates with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, and Information Systems while handling confidential employee information and supporting compensation-related projects.

Advises customers on insurance products, reviews coverage, and recommends policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Issues insurance products, processes payments, manages customer accounts and documentation, collaborates with support and underwriting teams, and meets sales and productivity goals. The role also requires maintaining licensing, completing training, following underwriting guidelines, and delivering strong customer experiences.

Supports employees and leaders across the HR lifecycle, including inquiries, onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, employee relations administration, union support, HRIS transactions, payroll data accuracy, reporting, compliance, work permits, and process improvement. Maintains confidential records, analyzes HR trends, coordinates communications and events, and uses Workday, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve People Services.

Develop and execute integrated Membership marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage digital and traditional channels, including SEM, paid media, content marketing, incentives, and promotions. Coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders; monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key business metrics; and provide recommendations to improve results and Member experience. Support marketing plans, forecasts, reporting, financial administration, and cross-functional initiatives.

Supports the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns for insurance products. Manages assigned initiatives from concept through optimization, collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, analyzes customer and market data, monitors performance, and identifies opportunities to improve ROI. Contributes to growth, acquisition, retention, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and customer engagement objectives while managing stakeholder relationships and multiple priorities.

Coordinates end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers, candidate communications, and recruitment data management. Supports employer branding, career fairs, reporting, process improvements, technology implementations, and recruitment projects while maintaining accurate Workday records and confidential information.

Leads People Services, disability management, health and safety, wellbeing, and employee relations programs. Advises leaders on workforce needs, investigations, organizational change, grievances, collective agreements, accommodations, and workplace compliance. Oversees teams, supports union relationships, maintains people practices, and uses employee feedback and data to improve programs and outcomes.

Supports finance-focused testing for BCAA’s Guidewire Cloud migration. Executes BAT, SIT, regression, integration, and end-to-end accounting process validation across Guidewire, Epicor, and related systems. Documents and retests defects, validates reports, reconciliations, interfaces, journal entries, and financial outputs, and supports cutover, go-live readiness, stabilization, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

Advise customers on insurance products, issue and renew policies, recommend coverage, process payments and policy changes, and manage customer accounts and documentation. Collaborate with support teams and underwriting, meet sales and productivity goals, follow underwriting guidelines, maintain licensing requirements, and develop expertise toward potential team leadership.

Lead establishment of BCAA's corporate development and M&A capability, identify and evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Drive market and financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, business cases, and integration planning. Advise senior leadership and Board, build cross-functional relationships, and advance innovation pipelines and disciplined experimentation to support long-term growth.

As a Solution Specialist II, you'll design and support infrastructure systems in a multi-cloud environment, focusing on automation, security, and infrastructure innovation.

Provide product support for BCAA’s insurance portfolio: maintain product documentation, support product lifecycle activities, research market and customer insights, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with product enhancements and compliance to drive customer value and business outcomes.
