Hi, I'm Rita, Senior Manager, Total Rewards & People Insights.
I've been at Jane for a year, and during that time I've had the opportunity to support the programs, systems, and experiences that help our people thrive. My team is responsible for areas like compensation, benefits, people operations, and workforce insights. Together, we create the foundation that supports every Janer throughout their journey at Jane and helps us deliver on our mission to help the helpers.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, prioritizing quality time with my family, and focusing on wellness. Those interests have shaped how I approach leadership and teamwork - with an emphasis on sustainability, balance, and creating environments where people can do great work while feeling supported.
We're in an exciting period of growth and transformation within our People team. As Jane continues to scale, we're evolving how we deliver People Operations support across the organization. We're building more efficient, consistent, and scalable ways of working so our People Partners can spend more time focused on strategic employee support and less time navigating operational complexity.
This role sits at the centre of that evolution. As our Strategic People Operations Partner, you'll be the operational engine that helps keep the employee experience running smoothly. From managing key moments across the employee lifecycle to maintaining the integrity of our systems and supporting critical People programs, your work will have a direct impact on every Janer's experience.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and thoughtfully introduce new ways of working that improve efficiency and scalability across the People team.
Partner collaboratively with People Partners, Payroll, Finance, and People Technology to ensure accurate data flows, clear communication, and aligned processes that support both employees and the business.
Deliver operational excellence across key People programs, including growth reviews, compensation cycles, benefits administration, and leave management, while continuously looking for ways to improve the experience and outcomes for everyone involved.
3 - 5 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, HR Administration, or a related field, with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
Experience administering and maintaining an HRIS, with hands-on HiBob experience considered a nice-to-have
Demonstrated experience supporting areas such as benefits administration, leave management, employee records, HR compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
A track record of improving processes, embracing technology, and contributing to operational transformation within a growing or evolving organization.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.
