Site Manager

Ricoh is currently seeking a career‑oriented individual to provide leadership and direction to day‑to‑day site operations and staff. The Site Manager develops, implements, and reviews operational procedures, manages invoicing and customer interactions, assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels, and ensures customer expectations are met. This role requires a high degree of customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve shift profitability by effectively managing the cost of goods, materials, and supplies
  • Manage total production labor percentages, including production worker labor and quality control labor
  • Meet quality and deadline standards through effective job scheduling practices
  • Handle formal daily client communication
  • Provide training on workflow and machine operations as needed
  • Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing and correcting all time clock punches
  • Maintain quality operations through audit and deadline compliance
  • Increase employee retention by achieving turnover and average tenure goals
  • Maintain efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and productivity
  • Improve operational quality and consistency by implementing company performance and operational procedures
  • Ensure proper staffing by matching employee skills and equipment to production demands
  • Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence standards
  • Resolve pricing, order, and invoicing issues in partnership with the sales team
  • Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments in a timely manner
  • Communicate job expectations and consequences through training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluation
  • Complete site reports and required paperwork
  • Manage site financial performance, including P&L responsibility

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field

Skills

  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds
  • Experience setting and prioritizing realistic, measurable goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
