Salary range (but not limited to):
80,700 - 98,700Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Training Consultant Commercial Lines to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that elevate technical expertise and performance across our organization.
You’ll play a key role in shaping training strategies, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring measurable learning outcomes, particularly within commercial property claims.
What you’ll do here:
- Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs with a strong emphasis on commercial property.
- Deliver a blend of technical, soft skills, workshop-based, and new hire training tailored to diverse audiences.
- Define learning objectives and measure outcomes through assessments, performance data, and feedback.
- Analyze training results and develop actionable improvements for current learning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance training materials, internal processes, and learning methods; propose and implement solutions.
- Recommend approaches to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness while elevating the internal client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Incorporate external best practices and resources to inform effective adult learning strategies and instructional design.
What you bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Property claims adjusting.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in commercial property.
- Education or certification in Adult Education is an asset.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories with a track record of effective delivery to varied audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident, engaging facilitator.
- Proven time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners, fostering active participation.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and outcomes.
