Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various human resources functions, including operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, including job postings, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Team Lead Support: Work closely with team leads and provide guidance on team issue and performance management.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compensation: Assist in the administration of compensation including salary reviews. Prepare and analyze spreadsheets in support of compensation decisions.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and improve HR processes.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong skills in Excel and able to build pivot tables.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or Project Management certification is a plus.
