Job Summary:

Join the Central 1 team as a Senior HR Business Partner and make a meaningful impact by driving business success through strategic partnerships with leaders and transformative HR initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide both strategic and hands-on expertise in organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and career development. As a trusted advisor and change agent, you’ll champion employee success, elevate the employee experience, and empower teams to thrive in a culture of collaboration and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with leaders to proactively implement people-focused initiatives that enhance organizational health and engagement across assigned portfolios.

  • Driving the planning, development, and execution of HR programs, including talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.

  • Providing expert HR guidance and support on a variety of people and culture topics.

  • Collaborating with recruitment teams and leaders to attract top talent aligned with Central 1’s values and purpose, while transforming organizational structures to improve efficiency and meet evolving client needs.

  • Enhancing performance and accountability by creating clear job descriptions, success profiles, and career paths.

  • Coaching leaders to strengthen their ability to mentor, engage, and inspire their teams.

  • Acting as a positive change agent, championing the adoption and success of new initiatives.

What you'll have:

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals, driving innovation and continuous improvement in productivity and HR development.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing impactful HR programs and initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of organizational design, job evaluation, career mapping, and employee relations.

  • Hands-on approach with a talent for gauging employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, and complex work environments.

  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels, building strong connections across the organization.

  • Success in creating and delivering development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.

  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion for creating a collaborative and engaging work environment.

  • Strategic thinker with a willingness to dive into details and "roll up your sleeves" when needed.

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a strong ability to identify issues and implement effective resolutions.

  • Client-focused, understanding how internal HR practices impact the external client experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a results-driven and action-oriented approach.

  • Passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvements.

  • Skilled at handling sensitive situations with diplomacy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Salary Range: $95,000-$113,000

The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
