Leads the corporate ISO 9001 quality management system, Intelex administration, internal audit program, management reviews, non-conformance processes, quality documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manages the Quality team, including recruiting, coaching, performance management, and coordination of Quality Analysts and Champions. Oversees harmonized quality processes, French documentation integration, and financial aspects of the Quality and Continuous Improvement department.
SUMMARY
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Corporate Quality Manager manages all aspect of maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification. This role is responsible for the administration of Intelex, support and training to all team members, managing the Quality Designate and Champion network, and the management of the Quality Team. This role forms a key leadership role in the Quality and Continuous Improvement department.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
People Leadership
Demonstrates strong, competent leadership for team members to guide them in reaching their full potential and meeting their objectives, which supports achievement of our corporate goals. Specifically these responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Full involvement with recruiting talent
- Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members
- Objectively recommends compensation adjustments
- Manages all aspects of performance
Quality Management
- Responsible for all aspects of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Responsible for all aspects of strategy, management and execution of Intelex System Administration, managing the CI cycles with Intelex, and developing system configuration skillset within BGIS
Audit
- Create and manage the internal audit program end to end
Internal Processes
- Responsible for the Management Review Process
- Responsible for the continued development of the BGIS non-conformance Process
- Develop and manage the Training Program for Intelex.
- Assigns Quality Analysts to conduct training sessions, lunch and learns etc.
- Continues to develop the curriculum and its implementation through direct reports
- Responsible for setting up the French Quality Processes to input French Documents into Intelex
- Review and approve all Quality Documentation to ensure relevance and that items are up to date.
- Manage the Harmonized Systems Policy QMS 105 00, and ensure adherence to the Harmonization Process QMS 214 00, Run the Harmonization Meetings
- Become engaged in the Financial aspects of running Quality & CI Department
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- University Degree with 10 years demonstrated experience
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard Certification
