Manage leased property knowledge and coordinate leasing transactions for corporate clients. Handle lease renewals, expansions, terminations, negotiations with brokers, documentation, market research, cost analyses, and stakeholder communications. Work with Workplace Solutions, Facilities, legal and finance teams to align portfolio strategy, support change management, and maintain transaction records and reports.

Plan and deliver facility moves, adds, and changes. Manage vendors, prepare cost estimates and resource plans, create schedules, monitor progress, ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide project administration support including project setup, documentation management, tracking progress and timelines, executing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, preparing status and financial reports, managing vendor activation, and executing project close-out activities to ensure accurate records and timely delivery.

Apprenticeship role to train toward becoming a fully qualified electrician. Support property and technical managers by performing and overseeing technical audits, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs for government assets. On-site journeyperson responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical building systems, conducting inspections and walkthroughs, logging work in a maintenance database, supporting PM programs and projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and fire codes, and responding to on-call emergency service requests.
