Operate and maintain facility mechanical and electrical systems, perform inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, respond to service requests, manage work orders in CMMS, ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements, and support tenant satisfaction and facility projects.

On-site journeyperson responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical building systems, conducting inspections and walkthroughs, logging work in a maintenance database, supporting PM programs and projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and fire codes, and responding to on-call emergency service requests.

Manage end-to-end supplier qualification and onboarding, conduct third‑party due diligence and risk assessments, monitor compliance, reconcile supplier spend and performance data, prepare sourcing and compliance reports, support audits and system enhancements, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier governance issues and improve processes.
