SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join a high-impact enablement function supporting our sales teams, with a focus on our sales development (SDR) teams. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is eager to learn, build, and make a direct impact on how our SDR teams perform.

You will support the development and delivery of training programs, help maintain our content library, and assist in bringing enablement initiatives to life across the sales organization. You will work closely with the Head of Enablement and cross-functional partners in Sales, Product Marketing, and Product.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $70,000 - $95,000 CAD base plus bonuses. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Who We Are

SOCi is redefining how multi-location enterprises achieve local and AI search visibility with the world’s first agentic workforce. Built specifically for distributed brands, SOCi’s brand-trained agents are guided by a unified visibility engine that autonomously executes and optimizes local marketing work across AI search, GEO ecosystems, social, and reviews — ensuring every location is visible, discoverable, and growing in today’s geo-driven landscape. Trusted by leading brands like Ford, Ace Hardware, and Liberty Tax, and recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, SOCi transforms marketing from software you manage into work that gets done — intelligently, consistently, and at scale.
How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the design and development of enablement content including training courses, job aids, playbooks, and certifications
  • Assist in facilitation and coordination of live and virtual training sessions
  • Help maintain and organize the content library across our CRM and LMS, keeping materials current and easy to find
  • Contribute to product enablement by translating product updates into sales-ready materials in partnership with PMM
  • Assist with program logistics for onboarding, certifications, and the annual training calendar
  • Collect and organize field feedback to support continuous improvement of content and programs
  • Track and report on enablement activity, completion rates, and program engagement
  • This role is primarily focused on SDR training and development.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Hybrid Opportunity: This role is fully remote until our Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON offices are established. Once the office is in place, it will transition to a hybrid model, with a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work.
  • Must Have:
    • At least 1 year of experience as a sales development rep (SDR) or business development rep (BDR)
    • 1 to 3 years of experience as a team lead, sales manager, or in a sales enablement role
    • Exposure to training and content development for a sales audience (including as a team lead or manager)
    • Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans
    • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for clarity and accuracy
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
    • A collaborative working style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
    • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
  • Desired Skills (but not required):
    • Experience with content management, LMS and/or sales readiness platforms
