Job Description

Core purpose

  • Increase sales team productivity and proposal quality while reducing cycle time.

Job responsibilities:

CRM and data discipline

  • Own data quality in HubSpot or Q360
  • Ensure all deals, contacts, activities are complete and accurate
  • Generate weekly pipeline reports

Proposal and RFP management

  • Own end-to-end RFP response coordination
  • Maintain a reusable content library
  • Assemble proposals using standard templates
  • Ensure deadlines are met

Sales enablement support

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Ensure materials reflect current offerings

Internal coordination

  • Track dependencies for proposals and deals
  • Follow up internally to unblock progress

KPIs

  • Proposal turnaround time
  • RFP submission success rate
  • CRM data completeness
  • Sales team time saved
  • Close rate influence 

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales support and operations
  • Strong CRM experience, especially HubSpot
  • Advanced Office 360 and document structuring
  • Experience with RFP processes
  • Strong writing and formatting skill
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ownership mindset
  • Ability to push stakeholders for inputs
  • Time management under pressure

Additional Information

 Further Details:  

  • Annual salary range: $55,000 - $75,000  CAD per year. 
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage. 
  • Yearly bonus 
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation in your first year, with additional days accrued for tenure. 
  • 6 personal paid and 4 unpaid emergency leave days.
