The role also assists inside sales with phones, deliveries, and customer service while coordinating with store owners, suppliers, and corporate sales teams.

Ideal applicants will possess knowledge with commercial tire application’s and have a solid sales acumen.

Your duties will include:
- Follow up with customers, updating their requirements, purchases, and buying levels.
- Verify product availability and offer alternatives when necessary.
- Handle sales requests via phone, fax, mail, and during sales calls.
- Collect and input customer details into the system.
- Drive profitable growth in alignment with BC Operations and Corporate Sales goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by processing requests promptly and providing top-tier service.
- Provide after-sales support and address complaints efficiently.
- Perform fleet inspections and assist the inside sales team with phones, deliveries, and customer service.
- Complete a call planner, implement sales strategies, and provide comprehensive call reports.
- Travel within your territory, establishing a monthly solicitation schedule and targeted sales plans for customers, store owners, and suppliers (e.g., Goodyear).
What does it take to get on track?
- Experience in Sales and Service in Automotive, Tire Industry, or related Industrial experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License, with a satisfactory Drivers Abstract from province of residence
- Offer self-motivation, self-initiative and the ability to perform under pressure
- Must participate in continuing education to upgrade knowledge in order to carry out responsibilities/duties
- Ability to lift 50 kilograms
- Being customer focused and available to work flexible a schedule
