As a Receptionist, you will be our first point of contact for visitors at STEMCELL, providing logistical and administrative support at our Greater Vancouver locations!
Please note that there are two positions available - one at our Vancouver headquarters and one at our Burnaby campus.
Vancouver Headquarters: 1618 Station Street, 8am - 4pm
Burnaby Campus: 2700 Production Way, 7am - 3pm

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and maintain accurate visitor and delivery logs, as well as answering and transferring calls and emails

  • Provide, monitor, and manage access badges and parking passes

  • Order and manage office supplies and coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages

  • Support Facilities operations by tracking and updating service requests and work orders in JIRA

  • Provide new hire support, including preparing name badges and nameplates, and updating seating charts

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support, and/or customer service required

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and work effectively both independently and within a team

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace and learning new systems

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$47,300.00 - $62,700.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
