Your Hours

    5 days a week:
     
    Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
    Wednesday: 9am - 6:00pm
    Thursday: 9am - 6:00pm
    Friday: 9am - 5pm
    Saturday: 9am - 4pm
     
    Daily lunch breaks with flexibility, minimum 30 minutes up to 1 hour.

Your Role

    In your role, you will be expected to:
  • Learn basic medical terminology
  • Become knowledgable about our products, services, and protocols
  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary support staff
  • Properly maintain medical records
  • Schedule appointments on a web based software
  • Invoice clients, and handle basic payment issues
  • Communicate through phones, email, and SMS with proper etiquette and grammar
  • Maintain a clean hospital environment
  • Interact and handle pets with consent, love and attention
  • Assist with social media content
