QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:

- $93,330 - $103,700 annual compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality or related field preferred
- 5–8+ years automotive quality systems experience (Tier 1 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM requirements
- Experience with core tools and problem-solving methods
Certifications (Preferred)
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Systems thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple OEM requirements
MAIN DUTIES:
- Lead QMS aligned with IATF 16949 and Magna Quality Standards
- Ensure compliance with OEM systems (GM BIQS, Stellantis CQS, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla requirements)
- Interface with customers on Quality Expectations and customer requirements
- Train team members on G-Car process
- Manage internal audit program and audit readiness
- Lead corrective actions and systemic improvements (5-Why, 8D, Red X)
- Maintain documentation and support management review
- Track KPIs and report system performance
- Provide cross-functional coaching and support
- Perform other duties as required
