As a Quality Specialist, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Quality at MAGNA. During the Magna NextGen Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for
- Fluent in English and preferably Hungarian
- Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in Quality department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality management systems and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Understanding of process optimization and compliance requirements
