During the Magna NextGen Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. Who we are looking for
- Fluent in English and preferably in Hungarian
- Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in Operations department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Lean Management or similar
- Process optimization and organizational skills and first experience with workflow optimization and efficiency improvements
