We empower leaders to execute their strategies, align their teams, and achieve their goals with confidence. Our commitment to innovation and the success of our customers drives everything we do.

About this role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Product Manager to join our innovative R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our market-leading strategy execution, tracking, and reporting solution.

  • Conduct Customer Interviews: Lead user research and discovery sessions to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and needs. Use these insights to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Define Detailed Requirements: Translate high-level roadmap features into clear, actionable, low-level requirements. Write comprehensive requirements, while identifying edge cases and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

  • Collaborate on Product Launches: Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • AI driven: Understand how AI shapes the market and how this can impact and challenge feature development.

Qualifications:

  • Product Management Experience: Proven track record in delivering successful SaaS products.
  • Technical and AI Proficiency: Understanding of software development methodologies and technical concepts. As well as a proven ability to work with and understand emerging AI technologies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into product requirements.
  • Execution Focus: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to break down complex projects into manageable pieces.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization.
