Position Overview:

Seeking Product Manager for Payments pod to strategize, collaborate with gaming partners, and improve Payments platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Involved in the entire product lifecycle, contributing to product strategy, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, spec writing, roadmap management, and collaborator alignment.
  • Define how we will measure the success and efficiency of products. Apply qualitative consumer insights and quantitative data to advise product decisions and arguments.
  • As a PM you will drive the feature specs, and work with game teams to achieve product success.
  • Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders on game teams to build feedback loops for continued improvements and identify patterns of need across Zynga.
  • Evangelize our offerings by articulating the value of our products and how they help solve the problems faced by our customers while aligning roadmaps.
  • Identify & deconstruct competitive offerings in the market, formulate insights, and use them to inform future roadmap direction.
  • Collaborate closely with other technical leaders in Mobile Game Technology and across fields to drive standard methodologies and foster healthy team culture.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of product management in finance/fintech, game and mobile app development, or consumer web.
  • Familiarity with checkout flows and integration with payment processors is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with Data Privacy / Compliance / Regulatory a plus.
  • Start-up, social networking, or consulting experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong product management experience building great products that meet customer needs.
  • Sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.
  • Ability to build wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.
  • Experience using lean, data-driven principles to improve a product. Some experience with data analytics and SQL is preferred.
  • Ability to balance player, game, and business interests while considering technical costs and tradeoffs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff.
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
  • A driven self-starter and a great teammate.
  • BA/BS degree, MBA, or Computer Science preferred.
