JOB DESCRIPTION
Will consider candidates outside the United States

  • Participate in the establishment of and support the vision for the Industrial Cybersecurity segment, in concert with deep market understanding, to inform the core and new product strategy.
  • Develop services that align with growth strategies and support and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Cybersecurity Services used in the Industrial domain, especially as it relates to grid-tied products used in power generation, distribution, and storage; factory applications; and digital and physical detection and security systems.
  • Evangelize and communicate the product vision, strategy and goals internally and externally
  • Define product requirements, develop specifications, and manage the product lifecycle; describe how value will be delivered to the customer/user, how UL's products are differentiated from the competition, and what the business model should be in a given market.
  • Prioritize product functions and features to create a product roadmap
  • Monitor a set of product goals, outcomes and corresponding metrics to continually evaluate against and drive future activities and strategies.
  • Support an efficient cross-functional matrix structure to enable effective product development lifecycle management.
  • Execute a robust set of processes to power all parts of the product development lifecycle from research/discovery to release/launch management and product support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of technical or business experience the Industrial Cybersecurity industry.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated competency in Product Management.
  • Aility to lead small to medium groups of internal and external stakeholders towards desired outcomes in order to meet business objectives.
  • IAbility to conduct discovery sessions with clients, prospects and stakeholders in order to diagnose business opportunities, elicit requirements, and conduct other types of research and analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation (PowerPoint) skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Product/service design, analysis (Power BI), product/service development task management and project management, documentation and knowledge (SharePoint), collaboration (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Slack), roadmap and portfolio management (and related software tools).
  • Working with remote teams is highly valued


What we offer:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000. to $160,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
