THE TEAM

The mission of the Graphic Design Department is to create unique, cohesive, and aspirational graphic design.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Graphic Design team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for translating creative ideas into aspirational and brand-propelling content. As the Senior Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, you will support with establishing the aesthetic for Aritzia graphics and executing the highest standard of creative output across branding and printed materials, as well as customer and product packaging. THE ROLE

As the Senior Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, you will:

  • Design branding materials that maximize brand recognition inclusive of logos and typography
  • Design printed materials inclusive of signage, wayfinding, and collateral
  • Design product packaging to maximize shopability, functionality, navigation, and education
  • Design customer packaging that maximizes brand awareness and functionality
  • Drive the output of graphic design content

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in branding, identity, packaging, signage, and typographic graphic design
  • An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
  • An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. 

The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
