THE TEAM

The mission of the Visual Display Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective displays.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Visual Display Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing and managing an operationally seamless production process from creative concept to delivery and installation. As the Senior Associate/Associate Development Designer, Visual Display Production, you will support with translating aesthetic concepts into industrial drawings for prototyping display components, enabling production to move into manufacturing with efficiency and accuracy. THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate/Associate Development Designer, Visual Display Production, you will:

• Support with developing all technical specifications required for production including drawings and renderings
• Support with the development design of prototypes, ensuring form and function objectives are achieved prior to moving into production
• Support the team to complete the allocation of props in window maps by determining how they look in each space and how many we need to order

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Associate/Associate Development Designer, Visual Display Production, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in producing visual displays, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Excel, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Fusion 360, Rhino, CAD), supported by education or certification in industrial, spatial, digital, or graphic design
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - 100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
