What is The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Program Associate to support the Self-Service Cloud (SSC) team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the SSC Program Lead to help execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive adoption and engagement across our Hosted and Serverless Cloud offerings. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing campaign execution, project management, stakeholder orchestration and email marketing. 

What You Will Be DoingCampaign execution & operational Support
  • Help assess resourcing needs for interactive content and creative requests across campaigns and programs.
  • Track requests and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Align with brand tone and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates and surface blockers.
  • Manage vendors and billings processes.
Email Marketing & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate with product marketing and other content teams to source messaging and update existing email assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure email journeys are clear, effective, and conversion-oriented.
  • Manage version control and coordinate changes from stakeholders.
  • Monitor metrics and share reports, learnings, and best practices with stakeholders.
Chatbot management and maintenance
  • Maintain the chatbot content and version control
  • Coordinate with vendors to execute the chatbot
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot by leveraging cross-functional teams
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing campaign executions.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and basic knowledge of email journey creation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cloud or developer-focused technologies is a plus.
