PREPARE FOR IMPACT!
Reporting to the VP, Marketing Communications, the Marketing Events Manager is accountable for planning, executing, and measuring EarthDaily's global events program — including trade shows, industry conferences, corporate-sponsored events, customer summits, webinars, and virtual experiences.
This role is critical to elevating EarthDaily's brand presence, aligning events to core value propositions and messaging, and driving both brand awareness and measurable sales activity. The Marketing Events Manager ensures every event strengthens market recognition while generating qualified pipeline and deepening relationships with customers, partners, and prospects across key verticals.
This role partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Sales and Line of Business teams to ensure events are integrated into broader go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable commercial impact. The role is also responsible for managing strategic partnerships, awards, and industry memberships that further extend EarthDaily’s market presence and credibility.
Key responsibilities include:
Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and manage EarthDaily's annual events calendar, aligning event investments with pipeline goals, brand messaging, core value propositions, and go-to-market priorities
  • Ensure all events support brand awareness, recognition, and sales activity outcomes
  • Define event objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and budget requirements for each event and present plans to marketing leadership for approval
  • Research and evaluate new event opportunities — including industry conferences, trade shows, corporate-sponsored events, and digital/virtual programs — to identify those with the highest strategic value across verticals (agriculture, insurance, mining, government, and risk)
  • Partner with Sales and Line of Business leaders to ensure events are integrated into broader campaign strategies and regional go-to-market plans
Event Execution & Logistics
  • Own end-to-end logistics for all events, including venue sourcing, vendor management, booth design and production, AV coordination, catering, staffing, travel, and on-site management
  • Manage relationships with external event organizers, exhibit houses, and production vendors to ensure quality delivery within budget and timelines
  • Develop and maintain detailed event project plans, run-of-show documents, and post-event checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
  • Oversee the design and production of event materials including booth displays, signage, branded collateral, and swag, in coordination with the creative team
  • Coordinate speaker submissions, sponsorship deliverables, and content requirements for third-party conferences and trade shows
Demand Generation & Pipeline Support
  • Partner with Sales and Line of Business teams to design pre-event, at-event, and post-event engagement programs that drive qualified lead capture and pipeline generation
  • Manage event registration and attendee communications, including invitation campaigns, confirmation workflows, and follow-up sequences in HubSpot
  • Ensure all leads captured at events are properly tagged, routed, and handed off to the appropriate sales teams with the necessary context for timely follow-up
  • Track event-attributed pipeline and revenue contribution and report results to marketing and sales leadership
Hosted Events & Customer Experiences
  • Plan and execute EarthDaily-hosted events including customer roundtables, executive briefings, partner summits, corporate-hosted experiences, and regional field events
  • Design attendee experiences that reflect EarthDaily's brand positioning and reinforce relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
  • Manage webinar and virtual event production, including platform setup, speaker preparation, live facilitation, and post-event content distribution
Partnerships, Awards and Memberships
  • Manage EarthDaily’s portfolio of strategic event partnerships, sponsorships, and industry memberships to maximize brand visibility and market positioning
  • Identify and pursue relevant awards opportunities that enhance credibility, recognition, and thought leadership
  • Ensure consistent alignment between partnerships, memberships, and EarthDaily’s brand and messaging strategy
Budget & Performance Management
  • Own the events budget, tracking all expenditures and ensuring cost-effective use of resources across the program
  • Conduct post-event performance reviews, measuring outcomes against defined KPIs including attendance, lead volume, pipeline influence, engagement rates, brand impact, and ROI
  • Maintain an events performance dashboard and provide regular reporting on program results and recommendations for optimization
