We are almost 1300 people, based in 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

This is a great opportunity to join and play a pivotal role in our growing CRM Consulting practice in NA, working with some of the biggest and most exciting sports rights holders.

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

·       Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Own client relationships, engaging and influencing Director- and Executive-level stakeholders on both the business and technical side.
    • Actively collaborate with internal business and technical stakeholders, including commercial leaders, customer success managers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to drive the best outcomes for clients.

·       Solution Ownership & Technical Expertise

    • Own Microsoft Dynamics solutions end-to-end, leading the development and optimization of Sales and Customer Service implementations across multiple client engagements.
    • Lead Microsoft Dynamics solution design, independently designing scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to complex business needs.
    • Champion best practices, driving best-in-class configuration, customization, and development standards across client engagements.
    • Act as SME for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technical solutions, including Dataverse, automation platforms, reporting tools, and OOTB capabilities.
    • Serve as the go-to expert on Microsoft Dynamics integrations, owning how Dynamics intersects with other platforms and leading integration design and build where applicable.

·       Team Development

    • Manage junior team members, mentoring and developing internal Dynamics resources and fostering technical growth within the team.

Requirements

A Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant will possess a blend of the following skills:

Functional Requirements

·       Proven experience leading systems audits, requirements gathering and process mapping across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements

·       Ownership of functional and technical design documentation, setting the standard for quality and consistency across client engagements

·       Expertise in creating and reviewing data architecture diagrams and entity relationship diagrams

·       Experience leading the UAT process end-to-end, including script design, execution oversight, and sign-off

·       Oversight of end-user support and training material, ensuring consistency across teams and engagements

·       Planning and leading training sessions as well as conducting technical demonstrations throughout the duration of the engagement


Technical Requirements

·       Deep understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes, with the ability to advise clients on best-practice design

·       Extensive experience customizing, configuring, and developing Dynamics 365 solutions at scale

·       Proven experience architecting apps within D365 Customer Engagement (CE) including Sales and Customer Service

·       Experience designing and building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio

·       Strong expertise across Microsoft Power Platform, with the ability to guide best-practice adoption across teams

·       Building solutions using Microsoft PowerApps

·       Relevant Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform certifications desirable (PL-200, PL-600, etc.)

·       An understanding and experience of JavaScript code desirable


General skillset

·       Adept at translating technical solutions for non-technical audiences

·       Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships

·       Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail

·       A willingness to travel as required, as well as collaborate with teams in different locations/time zones

Desirable skills:

·       Love for sports

·       Great self-starting attitude, keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different
