Lead Data Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, reliable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with product, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver a SaaS data platform, ensure data quality, apply development best practices, contribute to DevOps and production operations, and support ongoing platform maintenance.

Lead UX across the Partnership Intelligence platform, modernising workflows, evolving the design system, prototyping and testing, collaborating with PMs/engineering/data, mentoring designers, and improving cross-product coherence to increase adoption and reduce friction.

Lead a six-month turnaround of North America client support: diagnose failures, stabilise high-risk clients, enforce SLAs/KPIs, implement ITIL incident and problem management, improve reporting and workflows, restructure team capacity, and embed governance to leave a stable, scalable support function.

Lead client workshops, gather and document functional requirements, map processes, and define D365 Sales & Service solutions. Manage project timelines, coordinate with architects/developers, support UAT, create training/support materials, upskill junior staff, and present to director/executive stakeholders.

Design, build, and optimize scalable data lakehouse solutions on Azure using Databricks and Python. Develop reliable data pipelines, implement CI/CD, collaborate with product and marketing to deliver data products and insights, and continuously improve data workflows and performance.

Design, build and maintain Redshift data warehouse and dbt ETL pipelines. Implement dbt projects, tests, macros and documentation. Optimize Redshift/SQL performance, enforce data modelling best practices, CI/CD and version control, and ensure high-quality, test-driven development for big data pipelines.

Hands-on Lead Data Engineer designing, building, and scaling data ingestion and processing pipelines for a customer data platform (Helix). Own end-to-end delivery on AWS (S3, EMR, ECS, Lambda) using Scala and Spark, mentor engineers, enforce engineering best practices, and optimize ETL/ELT, data modeling, identity resolution, and data warehousing with PostgreSQL/Redshift.

Lead integration discovery and scoping for the Audience Intelligence platform. Partner with Product and Engineering to define scalable integration solutions, translate business objectives into functional requirements and PRDs, run technical vendor/client discovery, support API/platform migrations and reliability improvements, develop integration templates and runbooks, and mentor a small team of Business Analysts.
