Design scalable architectures, integrations, configurations, customizations, and Power Platform solutions. Lead audits, requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, UAT, training, and technical demonstrations. Advise executive stakeholders, ensure delivery best practices, and mentor junior Dynamics consultants across complex client engagements.

Lead Data Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, reliable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with product, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver a SaaS data platform, ensure data quality, apply development best practices, contribute to DevOps and production operations, and support ongoing platform maintenance.

Provide first-line workplace technology support across Windows and macOS, manage onboarding and support tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, maintain workflows and automation, and proactively improve user experience for a global team.
