We have an opportunity for a B2C Growth Coordinator role to join our B2C Team.   

As the B2C Growth Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to support the execution of marketing automation workflows, paid advertising campaigns and SEO initiatives to drive B2C customer acquisition and retention. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth (B2C), you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day growth initiatives, compiling data, tracking performance and supporting campaigns. The ideal candidate is an early-career marketer who is creative, analytical, detail-oriented and eager to grow their skills. 

In this role you will:  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver marketing assets aligned to campaign goals 
  • Assist in executing cross-channel campaigns (such as email, push notifications, app & web messages, social media and more) 
  • Coordinate in setting up A/B tests, tracking performance and implementing optimizations 
  • Track automated program performance, get insights and recommend data-driven optimization avenues to improve conversion, engagement and retention 
  • Support QA and validation of growth-related product features, ensuring accurate tracking, messaging and user experience across platforms 
  • Assist in optimizing app store presence (ASO), including keyword research, metadata updates, creative testing and performance tracking 
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform changes and emerging growth tactics to inform campaign strategy 
  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks to support growth projects 

You are a great fit if you have: 

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product or engineering support roles 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, landing page builders and SEO platforms 
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail 
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • A creative and analytical outlook with a focus on continuous improvement 
  • A passion for data and numbers 
  • A positive, upbeat demeanor with a good sense of humor  

Bonus points if you have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Experience using Branch or Braze 
  • Background in media, consumer-packaged goods, technology or tech-enabled industries

PressReader is committed to providing a fair compensation package which include a 100% employer-paid health, dental and vision benefit plan; 15 paid vacation days to start; health and wellness days and bereavement days; reimbursements for professional training and membership in professional associations; fitness subsidy and more, along with a chance to be working with amazing people. The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
