Opportunity Snapshot

As a Graphic Designer at Pixieset, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through visually compelling design. Leveraging your creativity and strong design and animation skills, you’ll create a wide range of digital assets that strengthen our brand presence and support marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll help shape our visual direction, ensure consistent and high-quality brand communication, and craft engaging designs and animations that captivate and resonate with our community of over 1.5 million customers.

Your Impact

  • Develop and evolve a consistent visual identity across all marketing and product touchpoints, ensuring every asset reflects Pixieset’s brand and design standards
  • Conceptualize and present creative visual concepts that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and key company initiatives
  • Design and produce a wide range of static and motion digital assets, including website graphics, digital ads, social media visuals, email templates, infographics, and promotional materials
  • Create compelling visuals that bring campaigns, promotions, and product launches to life across multiple channels
  • Partner closely with Content Marketing to design visuals that enhance blog posts, case studies, and other content
  • Adapt designs across formats and channels to support integrated campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product announcements
  • Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and meets usability and quality standards
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual direction of marketing initiatives
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while delivering high-quality work on time and within scope

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a SaaS, tech, or digital environment
  • Ability to produce both static and motion-based visual assets, using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects to bring creative concepts to life
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design a variety of digital marketing assets (web, social, product marketing, campaigns)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand identity, and the ability to translate these into clear, modern, and compelling visual design
  • Ability to contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across marketing and product touch points
  • A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $51,775 - $84,000 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
