 Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Global Brand Management Coordinator at Arc’teryx, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Brand Management team in operational efficiency and tool management across the brand’s key endemic activities including snow, climb and trail. You will primarily be responsible for calendar and process tool upkeep and maintenance, as well as administration duties that ensure the brand management team has up-to-date documentation and communication with global and regional partners.

You will have the opportunity to observe and contribute across the global brand management and strategy workflow, attend Go-to-Market stage gates and work cross functionally with global and regional partners.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.


Meet Your Future Team:

The Brand Marketing Team is the direct connection between the guest and the Arc’teryx brand through content and experience. We work in lockstep with our Regional Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, Sports Marketing, Community, and Operational Teams, as well as our partners and agencies to create experiences and tell stories that are relevant, thought-provoking and true to who we are.  

If you were in the Global Brand Management Coordinator role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Managing global calendar product/article accuracy with Product partners, inclusive of comprehensive communication plans to brand partners and key stakeholders when global calendar products shift following major stage gates, including updating product briefs and supporting documentation
  • Overseeing global calendar management and version control to ensure alignment across teams, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintaining and managing the Brand Management SharePoint platform, ensuring global tools, templates, and brand guidelines are current, accessible, and organized for accessing teams
  • Coordinating and processing product seeding orders, ensuring timely execution and accurate tracking for Senior Brand Managers
  • Supporting internal communications initiatives for Global Brand Management by facilitating cross-functional updates, alignment, and information sharing based off seasonal priorities and campaign milestones
  • Maintaining and updating the Monday.com global calendar to ensure project visibility, workflow accuracy, and team coordination
  • Processing and organizing team expenses in marketing budget platform on a monthly basis
  • Creating templates and shared working files for Global Brand Management workflow

Are you our next Global Brand Management Coordinator?

  • You may have a bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • You have 1+ years of retail business  experience in either the store or corporate office
  • You consistently exceed expectations in the work environment
  • You are authentically connected to the outdoor industry and the culture of outdoor sport, specifically across our categories of snow, trail and climb 
  • You are keen to learn and operate with an initiative-taking mindset
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is CAD$60,000 - CAD$79,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
